A manufacturer’s warranty covers defects for about a year. A home warranty continues protection after that—covering normal wear and tear so you stay protected long after the original warranty expires.
How soon can I request service after signing up?
You can request service once your plan is active, usually after a brief 30-day waiting period. After that, simply submit a claim online or by phone anytime a covered appliance stops working.
Can I cover both kitchen and laundry appliances?
Absolutely. Most plans protect multiple appliances under one policy—including your refrigerator, oven, washer, and dryer—so your whole home stays covered under one affordable plan.
Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886 and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. Please review your contract for the cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel your contract, please call (888) 508-8886.
