The home warranty coverage under this contract is provided by and the obligation of Ironwood Warranty, LLC, [Oregon License #234541], Ironwood Warranty of Florida, LLC, Northcoast Warranty Services or AMT Home Protection Company, depending on your state of residence and product purchased. It is administered for these providers by American Protection Plans, LLC. Please read your actual contract for which provider and Administrator is applicable to you; for phone, address, and for all terms and conditions, service fee, coverage details, limitations and exclusions. Ultimate Electronics Protection Plan is provided and administered by Asurion Service Plans, Inc., whose address is P.O.
