Can I use my own service provider?

Yes, you can choose your own provider—but please reach out to us for authorization first. We want you to receive the highest level of service and make sure you and your family are safe.

What happens if my item needs replacement and isn’t available?

If your covered appliance or system can’t be replaced, we provide an allowance towards replacing the item in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. You also have the added benefit of purchasing discounted appliances through our partnerships with appliance manufacturers.
