After your coverage begins (30 days after sign-up), you can file a service request 24/7 online, or call (888) 508-8886 to request service. Once you file a claim, you’ll pay a service fee, which will be your deductible for that service call. We’ll initiate service with a pre-screened, licensed technician in as few as 24-48 hours. After diagnosing the issue, they’ll contact us to make sure it’s covered by your plan, then repair or replace it. Simple as that!

Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886, and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. The age of your home’s systems and appliances doesn’t matter. However old they may be, they’re still protected. Please note that we have a 30-day wait period in place to help keep plan costs down and protect us from pre-existing conditions.
