No. ARW Home coverage applies to central air conditioning systems and does not include portable or window AC units.

After a claim is approved, ARW Home typically dispatches a licensed HVAC technician within 24 to 48 hours, with expedited response efforts available for qualifying emergency situations.
What types of AC issues are commonly covered?
Coverage may help with eligible failures involving compressors, fan motors, thermostats, airflow systems, and related mechanical or electrical components.
What are common signs an air conditioner may need repair?
Common warning signs include weak airflow, warm air coming from vents, short cycling, unusual noises, rising indoor temperatures, or the system failing to turn on. These issues may indicate problems with compressors, fan motors, thermostats, airflow systems, or other internal AC components that may require professional service.
Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886 and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. Please review your contract for the cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel your contract, please call (888) 508-8886.
