Yes. Older units may still qualify for coverage, although age-based coverage limits may apply depending on the appliance and plan terms.
What happens if my dishwasher cannot be repaired?
If an eligible repair is not practical or cost-effective, replacement or settlement options may be available depending on the terms of the plan.
Does coverage include leaks and drainage issues?
Coverage may help with eligible mechanical failures involving pumps, drain systems, and internal operating components connected to leaks or standing water.
Is cosmetic damage covered?
No. Cosmetic issues such as dents, scratches, racks, rollers, and surface damage are not covered under dishwasher warranty protection.
How quickly are repairs handled?
After a claim is approved, ARW Home typically dispatches a qualified service professional within 24 to 48 hours.
What are common signs a dishwasher may need repair?
Common warning signs include standing water after cycles, leaking around the appliance, dishes not coming out clean or dry, unusual noises during operation, or the dishwasher failing to start. These issues may indicate problems with pumps, drainage systems, heating components, or electrical controls that may require professional service.
Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886 and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. Please review your contract for the cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel your contract, please call (888) 508-8886.
