Does ARW Home cover furnace components?
Yes. ARW Home covers eligible furnace and central heating system components, including many of the major mechanical and electrical parts responsible for heating performance.
Are heat pumps covered?
Yes. Heat pump components used for heating may be covered depending on your selected ARW Home plan and coverage terms.
What heating system components are commonly covered?
Coverage may include eligible components such as gas valves, burners, thermostats, igniters, motors, blowers, transformers, relays, sensors, pressure controls, fan controls, expansion tanks, heat coils, and other covered mechanical or electrical parts that fail due to normal wear and tear.
Are older heating systems eligible for coverage?
Yes. Heating systems over 10 years old may still qualify for coverage, although reduced coverage limits may apply based on the age of the system and your Service Plan.
Are smart thermostats covered?
No. Smart or Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats are not included under standard heating system coverage.
How quickly are repairs handled?
After a service request is processed, ARW Home typically dispatches an authorized HVAC technician within 48 hours under normal operating conditions. Emergency dispatch may be available for qualifying heating emergencies, subject to plan terms and technician availability.
What are common signs a heating system may need repair?
Common warning signs include little or no heat, frequent cycling, uneven temperatures throughout the home, unusual grinding or banging noises, or poor airflow from vents. These symptoms may indicate problems with burners, thermostats, blower motors, ignition components, electrical controls, or other covered mechanical systems that require professional diagnosis.
Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886 and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. Please review your contract for the cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel your contract, please call (888) 508-8886.
