Are both gas and electric models covered?
Yes. Both gas and electric ovens, ranges, and cooktops may qualify for coverage under eligible ARW Home plans.
Are older ovens and ranges eligible for coverage?
Yes. Older appliances may still qualify for coverage, although age-based coverage limits may apply depending on the appliance and plan terms.
Does coverage include cosmetic damage?
No. Cosmetic issues such as scratches, knobs, handles, racks, and surface damage are not covered under oven and range warranty protection.
What types of cooking appliances are covered?
Coverage may apply to ovens, cooktops, and ranges depending on the selected ARW Home plan and appliance eligibility.
How quickly are repairs handled?
After a claim is approved, ARW Home typically dispatches a licensed technician within 24 to 48 hours.
What are common signs an oven or range may need repair?
Common warning signs include uneven cooking, burners not heating properly, ignition problems, unusual noises, or the appliance failing to maintain temperature. These issues may indicate problems with heating elements, burners, thermostats, sensors, or electrical control systems that may require professional service.
Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886 and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. Please review your contract for the cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel your contract, please call (888) 508-8886.
