Does ARW Home cover plumbing pipes?
Yes. Interior plumbing components such as pipes, valves, risers, angle stops, and fittings may qualify for coverage under eligible ARW Home plans.
Are plumbing fixtures covered?
No. Fixtures such as sinks, faucets, bathtubs, and toilets are not covered under standard plans unless optional coverage has been added.
Are drain clogs covered?
Some drain stoppages may qualify for coverage if they can be cleared through standard methods and meet plan conditions. Coverage exclusions may apply for blockages caused by roots, foreign objects, or improper maintenance.
Are exterior plumbing lines covered?
No. Plumbing lines, sewer systems, sprinkler systems, and outdoor plumbing components located outside the home’s main foundation are not covered under standard plumbing system protection.
Are older plumbing systems eligible for coverage?
Yes. Older plumbing systems may still qualify for coverage, although age-based coverage limits may apply depending on the system and plan terms.
How quickly are repairs handled?
After a claim is approved, ARW Home typically dispatches a licensed technician within 24 to 48 hours under normal circumstances.
What are common signs a plumbing system may need repair?
Common warning signs include low water pressure, slow or backed-up drains, unusual noises in pipes, visible water leaks, damp areas around plumbing fixtures, or unexplained increases in water bills. These issues may indicate problems with pipes, valves, drain systems, fittings, or related plumbing components that may require professional service.
Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886 and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. Please review your contract for the cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel your contract, please call (888) 508-8886.
