Are tankless water heaters covered?
Yes. Tankless water heaters may qualify for coverage depending on the selected ARW Home plan and system eligibility.
Are older water heaters eligible for coverage?
Yes. Older water heaters may still qualify for coverage, although age-based coverage limits may apply depending on the unit and plan terms.
Is sediment buildup covered?
Sediment-related issues are typically not covered under standard plans unless optional coverage has been added. Coverage exclusions may apply for maintenance-related conditions.
What types of water heaters are covered?
Coverage may apply to eligible gas, electric, and tankless water heaters depending on the selected ARW Home plan and appliance eligibility.
How quickly are repairs handled?
After a claim is approved, ARW Home typically dispatches a licensed technician within 24 to 48 hours under normal circumstances.
What are common signs a water heater may need repair?
Common warning signs include no hot water, inconsistent or lukewarm water temperatures, leaks around the unit, unusual noises such as popping or rumbling, or water that does not heat properly. These issues may indicate problems with heating elements, burners, thermostats, valves, or related water heater components that may require professional service.
Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886 and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. Please review your contract for the cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel your contract, please call (888) 508-8886.
