When a covered device fails, simply call or file a claim online. We’ll handle the logistics—whether you need a repair, a replacement, or a refund (up to your $5,000 annual limit).

Your device will be repaired on-site or shipped (with free prepaid shipping) to a certified repair center. If it can’t be fixed, we’ll send a like-kind replacement—fast.

What devices are eligible for coverage?

We cover most home electronics—including TVs, routers, gaming consoles, PCs (Windows/Apple), tablets, printers, DVD players, and more—regardless of brand, age, or place of purchase.

Do I have to register my products before I file a claim?

No. Registration is optional and can be done at any time. However, it’s recommended to upload your devices to your online account for a faster claims experience.

Is accidental damage covered?

Yes—for select portable electronics like laptops, tablets, and gaming devices. We’ll cover screen cracks, chips, and other accidental damage from everyday use.

Is there a deductible or service fee?

Yes. A $55 service fee applies to each claim, except for small accessories like remotes and game controllers. You’ll never be surprised by hidden fees.

How much coverage do I get?

You’re covered up to $5,000 per 12-month rolling period. Individual claims are subject to the product’s current market value.
