After a claim is approved, ARW Home typically dispatches a qualified service professional within 24 to 48 hours.
What are common signs a washing machine may need repair?
Common warning signs include a washer not draining properly, leaking water, failing to spin, making loud noises during cycles, or not starting at all. These issues may indicate problems with the motor, drainage system, electrical components, or other internal parts that may require professional service.
Cancellation Terms
Your plan will automatically renew for consecutive 12-month periods at the then current rates. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by calling (888) 508-8886 and a customer representative will assist you.
You may also cancel your contract effective immediately. If you cancel, we'll refund unearned/used contract fees minus any service and claims costs incurred by ARW Home. If you received service under your contract in excess of fees paid, you may be responsible for the remainder of your contract payments. Please review your contract for the cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel your contract, please call (888) 508-8886.
